I switch the petcock to PRI with no effect. So I guess it is not the petcock.
I don't know how to remove the whole carb, so I did a "particle" clean up:
1. Remove petcock, fuel filter look fine.
2. Remove top cover of the carb, look petty clean inside.
3. Remove "side cover" of the carb, a little gummy, clean it out.
3. Remove the spark plug, clean it.
4. Remove fuel line and vacume hose, no blockage.
Put everything back togetter and bring it out for a 15 min run (with choke on). It seem a little better after as I can now close the choke without stalling the engine. However, it sound VERY LOUD (running lean?) when I rev the engine. With the choke on, it sound normal.
I guess I have to bring it to the shop and have them fully clean out the carb.
